MyGenX® Provider Registration

Professionals Only: Please go through the steps to create your account.

Once your account has been set up and activated you will be able to log in to order all MyGenx®  products.

Steps in Registering:

STEP 1

Fill out registration form below.

STEP 2

Prior to submission, you will need to acknowledge the Geneus Health MyGenx® Purchase Agreement to participate in this program.

STEP 3

If ordering GARS®, you will need to complete our GARS® Certification Program. All providers must complete the certification before utilizing GARS®.

STEP 4

Once these items are complete, you will receive an approval email and Provider Login to order MyGenx® testing kits and restoreGen®. You will receive a second email with details to access the Provider Portal to view and download patient reports.
